Gouden Carolus Single Malt Peated (46% vol.) is a refined Belgian Whisky, distilled using a specially prepared wash containing peated malt. This results in a yellow gold whisky with a touch of mellow smokiness, combined with full-bodied aromas of oak and vanilla.
Through slow, traditional distillation in classic Scottish copper Forsyths pot stills, its rich flavour profile is fully developed. The whisky is then matured in First Fill Bourbon casks and bespoke Anker casks, crafted by our cooper to our own specifications.
