Not fully satisfied with your purchase? Or did you order the wrong size? If so, you can return your order up to 14 days after you received it. Follow the steps below to return your product:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com with a message to say that you wish to return a product. Indicate your order number or include your pro forma invoice to help speed up the follow-up process.
Please notify us of your return before the 14-day return period has elapsed.
- Enter the necessary information on the return form. A space is provided for you to indicate the reason for the return. This is not obligatory, but it will help us to improve our service.
- Include the completed return form with the product(s) that you wish to send back. Close the box properly so that the products are not damaged during transport.
- Go to your nearest post office and sent the parcel to the address below. You bear the costs of returning parcels.

When we have received your parcel, we will reimburse you for the full amount within 14 days. Any additional costs due to a different means of delivery are not reimbursed. The amount is reimbursed automatically by the same means of payment used for the original transaction.
