Food pairing: Thanks to its dry, full-bodied taste, this sake pairs well with stronger flavoured dishes such as roast duck, couscous with grilled vegetables, stew with sweet potatoes, etc.
Konishi is one of the oldest sake breweries in Japan, with a family history dating back to 1550. The brewery is currently run by the 15th generation.
